This website was developed for our client, Chris Mattson, to sell and market medical instruments.
Dynamic Medical Solutions is a biomedical company that manufactures and sells surgical instruments. With four decades of experience, it provides services through a network of regional distributors and business partners internationally. It has proven its commitment to quality and precision and has improved healthcare services.
In 2022, Dynamic Medical Solutions approached us with a problem regarding their website’s functionality. We found errors in the website workflow and content quality and developed the integrated MedInven system, which successfully improved operations and strengthened lead generation.
After extensive research and discussions, our team concluded that the website is unsystematized. It
listed thousands of instruments in the wrong order, which prevented clients from placing and tracking orders on time. Moreover, the content was mismanaged, leading to a poor user experience.
Our team at Artema Tech researched this issue, considering the website’s current situation and future perspectives. We decided to develop a system named MedInven that would integrate features of both CRM and CMS into a single platform. This integrated system would allow Dynamic Medical Solutions to access customer information and website content in a single system, providing the best possible solution to their problem.
Our IT team, which includes experts in Full Stack Developers and DevOps Engineers, took the following approach:
Research: We conducted thorough research to understand Dynamic’s needs and demands, including their background history, affordability, motives, etc. After identifying their business needs, we concluded that their primary goal was to systematize the marketing and lead generation processes. We proposed a temporary MedInven design that was met with high satisfaction from Dynamic, and we started working on it.
Development: Our team created detailed documentation that defined the site’s objectives and core elements. This documentation was necessary for guiding the rest of the development process, outlining the required tools, timeline, budget, and responsibilities of each IT expert involved.
Testing: After implementing the documented plan, our experts, along with their team leads, further evaluated the process. They analyzed the proposed MedInven system to see whether it works with the same strategy and quality as it is supposed to. It successfully passed testing with positive feedback and was approved for deployment.
MedInven changed the way Dynamic manages customer relationships. Customers can now place orders automatically and track their progress in real-time. The content for each product description is
published separately in a more organized way. This system has not only streamlined processes but also helped capture customer information, converting it into leads.
